Features:

• Conductor : The conductor in this cable is made of electrolytic grade with high conductivity annealed copper or electrolytic grade aluminium. Generally, for all power cables aluminium is used as the conductor material, but in control cables it is copper.
• Insulation : PVC compound is applied to the conductors as  insulation material by the extrusion process. For normal application PVC insulation type A (70°C) and for HR PVC insulation type C (85°C) as per IS : 5831 (1984) is provided.
• Inner Sheath : The laid -up cores are surrounded by an inner sheath of Extruded PVC / Wrapping of plastic tapes.
• Outer Sheath– The outer sheath is fabricated using suitable grade of PVC compound applied by the extrusion method. Generally, the outer sheaths are available in black color.
• Armouring : Depending upon the application, these cables are available in  armoured or unarmoured form.
